Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our furniture e-commerce store. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
1.2 Only unused and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
1.3 Custom-made or personalized furniture cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

2. Return Process

2.1 Contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2 Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
2.3 You are responsible for packaging the item securely and arranging the return shipment through a suitable shipping provider. An additional restocking fee will be in place for any eligible returns.
2.4 Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping

3.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. 3.2 We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance for your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit. 3.3 Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed based on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
4.2 If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4.3 In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit:
5.1 Mattresses
5.2 Assembled furniture that has been disassembled
5.3 Clearance or final sale items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately and provide supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.
6.2 We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
